THE FEES POLICY
There are no listing fees at Handmade Mall Online. Listings do not have an end date so will run if you wish them to.
1. Set Up Fee
Handmade Mall Online fees are available to view in the Sellers FAQ as well. There is a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $ 35. The payment amount is payable by direct bank transfer and again, once paid it is non-refundable. Please make you decision carefully before paying this.
Upon paying this amount you are entitled to register and list your items for sale in our platform, and have your items promoted via our social media.
You can cancel your shop by giving Handmade Mall Online a written notice via email 14 days prior to when you want your Shop to close.
2. Commission Fees
The commission amount is 10% per sale, which includes the costs of payment processing fees (i.e. PayPal, Stripe) on all sales.
3. Payment
Handmade Mall Online pays the amount due to each Vendor within 1- 3 business days provided the order status has changed to Delivered.
